Credits and extras

One completed meeting report uses one meeting from your plan. One saved AI chat answer uses one credit. Failed analyses or answers do not use your allowance.

Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused monthly allowance does not roll over.

Billing and cancellation

Billing
Card payments through Stripe, which collects your billing details and VAT number at checkout. Agency is billed monthly at the price confirmed by email.
Agent in your calls
Portuguese or English. Up to 60 minutes per captured meeting, with one active bot per workspace. Background transcript checks are scheduled every 15 minutes, even with your workspace closed.
Cancellation
Cancel a Stripe subscription anytime from Manage billing in your workspace’s account menu. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. For manually arranged plans or help cancelling, email geral@notabr.com.
