How do I know the minutes are right?

Every item rests on an exact quote from the transcript, and an item whose quote isn’t there is dropped. An owner is recorded only when the meeting names one. You can correct or remove any item, its owner or its due date.

How your agent works

  1. You invite it

Paste the call link and confirm consent, and your agent joins the call (Starter). On Free, import an authorised transcript.

  2. It writes the minutes

A short summary, the decisions, action items with their owner and due date, open questions and risks. Each item keeps the exact words it comes from, and an owner is named only when the meeting names one.

  3. It organises the work

Each meeting belongs to a team. Every action item joins one task list for the company, overdue ones first, and each team keeps its own pages.

  4. You ask your agent

Ask about a meeting, a team or a folder, and the answer cites the meetings’ exact words. Each answer uses AI credits from your plan.
